SCOTT COUNTY FISCAL COURT ORDINANCE NO. 19-05 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND ESTABLISHING FEES TO BE IMPOSED BY THE SCOTT COUNTY CIRCUIT COUR T CLERK WHEREAS, Pursuant to KRS 23 A.220, 24 A.185 and 64.091 the Fiscal Court may assess fees for the purpose of paying expenses for courthouses, bonds related to them and administrative expenses of Circuit and District Court; and WHEREAS, said fees must be set by an ordinance; and WHEREAS, a change in the fees, a change in the controlling statutes, or both requires the Scott Fiscal Court to pass a new ordinance with respect to said fees; NOW THEREFORE, the Scott County Fiscal Court does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. The Scott County Fiscal Court hereby adopts the following schedule with respect to fees to be assessed on Scott Circuit Court cases: (1) Criminal Cases $25.00 (2) Civil Cases $25.00 (3) Civil Appeals to the Court of Appeals $25.00 SECTION 2. The Scott County Fiscal Court herby adopts the following schedule with respect to fees to be assessed on Scott District Court cases: ( 1) Civil Cases $10.00 (2) Traf fic cases $10.00 (3) Probate Cases $10.00 (4) Criminal Misdemeanor Cases $10.00 (5) Small Claims Cases $10.00
