AN ORDINANCE RELATED TO THE ADOPTION OF THE SCOTT COUNTY ZONING MAP ORDINANCE NUMBER 2004- 07 WHEREAS , through the years of maintaining the Scott County zoning map by hand notation certain errors were made. The Planning Commission's digital Geographic Information System allows correction of the errors and more accurate maintenance and update of the map. The attached zoning map has been of fered for public review upon proper notice for over one hundred twenty (120) days and has been the subject of a public hearing before the Geor getown- Scott County Planning Commission. According to the applicable records and public comment, the attached map accurately displays the zone classifications of property within Scott County , Kentucky with reference only to the City of Georgetown, City of Sadieville and City of Stamping Ground zoning maps, each having duly reviewed and adopted their respective zoning map. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE FISCAL COUR T FOR SCOTT COUNTY AS FOLLOWS: The attached map is adopted as updated and corrected as the County's official zoning map, appropriate steps having been taken. The foregoing Ordinance was read for the first time, August 13, 2004, read for the second time, discussed and adopted August 26, 2004
